Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Please note that during peak seasons or in the event of high order volume, there may be slight delays in processing. We will notify you via email if your shipment is delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping:
Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 3 business days depending on the shipping location.
- International Shipping:
Suzain Impex ships worldwide. Shipping rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. International orders may take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

- Custom fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Suzain Impex is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit:
- If your shipment is lost, please contact our customer support team at suzainimpex@gmail.com within 7 business days so we can assist you in locating your package.
- If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and products, and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to file a claim.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been placed, you may request to cancel or modify it within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact our support team at suzainimpex@gmail.com for any changes. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this period as the order may already be in process.
